RED FM Toronto 88.9 FM (CIRV) is a radio station licensed in Toronto, Ontario that broadcasts in multiple languages. It has a music format featuring Hindi and Punjabi music. The station was established in 1986 and has been on air ever since. In 1993, the station underwent a rebranding. Later, in 2016, it was acquired by the South Asian Broadcasting Corporation Inc.
